The great clients of this gorgeous coastal estate allowed us to design their property in the same exquisite style and manner of their interior environment.

One of the first features to get noticed within this elaborate Landscape Design by AMS Landscape Design Studios, Inc. (designed by Drew Sivgals) is the grand and majestic Cabana that encompasses multiple functions and areas of the luxury retreat. The regal Cabana encompasses various outdoor 'rooms' that includes a regal fireplace lounge, an elaborate bar & cook center, a quaint dining patio and even includes a luxurious restroom, shower, and changing room that also includes guest lockers. Other fantastic outdoor design features include a beautiful pool with multiple fountain spillways & Baja shelf, an eye catching infinity edge Spa that aligns perfectly with ocean beyond, multiple lounge / seating patios, and multiple formal water features. Also included within this estate is a large open grass area, formal hedges and specimen plants & trees, custom wrought iron arbors, decomposed granite pathways, a terraced vegetable, citrus, and rose garden, and a large but cozy courtyard retreat & seating area which is highlighted by a grand gas fireplace and framed with matching pottery fountain features, all while being secluded by large specimen trees and plantings.

In addition, the clients added wonderful sculptural highlights and multiple personal elements throughout the gardens, which all played a critical role in aiding to the outcome of this exquisite project.
