Infinity Construction, llc. took on this project for a family with the need of converting their old basement space into a usable living space. Upon arrival there was a mold issue that we rectified and then finished the area out in drywall and a painted acoustic ceiling. Additional work was done to the staircase -structural-, downstairs bath -ventilation and paint-, removed mold from HVAC system and re-ducted all the basement and several rooms upstairs for improved air flow - the previous owner had restricted the airflow by tapping into the system with inappropriate sized ducting. We completed the project by adding new trim and closet shelving. Now the owners have a great space for the family to enjoy year round.
