This project resulted from POOR builder practices and the sealing up of a space that got wet due to the poor practices. The floor collapsed on the homeowner and Infinity Construction, llc. diagnosed the problem and remediated the rot, termites and mold. Replacement of Front Facade with weatherproof materials, proper sealing/ventilation and repair of all structural members that were damaged over the years. The final result after cosmetics and repairs was one very happy homeowner.
