Bath Club - Miami Beach
The famed Miami Beach Bath Club was restored using lime based paints and dark walnut finishes. All terra cotta tiles were renewed as well. The front areas of the club as pictured here received the renovation.
All terracotta flooring and ceiling beams were restored along with the original wood doors. New iron lighting that complements the spanish revival style was added throughout.
The courtyard fountain was designed to compliment the courtyard while drowning out the noise of busy Collins Avenue behind it. The new floor installed was a combination of terracotta, Chicago brick with locally sourced Florida coral stone border to lighten the look and bring in the natural stone columns. all furnishings are Miami made and hospitality grade with a 5 year frame warranty. I am always concerned with maintenance as i want my projects to be functional and remain in good working order.
