Created a NEW 1/2 bathroom where there was once none! Using a macerating toilet for the sink drain, we could shoot the waste over to the opposite side of the house where the stack line is located.

Used subway style, ceramic, plank flooring.

This 1/2 bathroom has it all, from ceiling exhaust to vent line. However, the use of a macerating toilet allows us to waste-out both fixtures, using a 1" PVC waste line.

Here is how the finished project looks with the new doors to the laundry and new ceramic tile floor in the main room.

Just framed out where we want the new 1/2 bath. Notice the carpet on the main floor, the open exposed washer/dryer.
