Took out two walls to open up the area. Then installed new ceramic tile floor, new electric update and lighting, new gorgeous cabinets, appliances, new window, and new granite tops, w/ double Ogee edge.. Everything from a gutted room down to the studs.

The espresso bar area has wainscoting look with 2 corbels on each end. Customer's choice of paint color really makes the white cabinets stand out nicely.

Room completed. New pendant lights over the peninsula. Island has plenty of room for 4 stools on the left.

Installed a 6 ft. sliding door where once was a window.

notice the wide and deep stainless steel sink. It is installed in a bumped-out sink base. This effect makes the design and cut of the granite look elegant. The cook-top also has a bump-out. Plenty of high hat lighting.

Notice the corbels. They were sprayed to match the wainscoting perfectly. The edge of the granite is a DOUBLE OGEE.

These glass tiles for the back splash perfectly tie in the floor and the counter top. The rain glass insert in the diagonal top cabinet makes a nice appearance, yet it hides the contents of the cabinet..

We have the place sheet rocked, ceramic tile floor is in and preparing to paint. Wood floors will be re-done when the project is near finish.
