This complete bathroom renovation began with a design to maintain the existing square footage of the room, while incorporating a more functional all around space. The main goals of the design were to increase the shower size and counter top space, while providing high end interior finishes with a bright feel throughout the bathroom. The VGC design team worked with our client on creating a conceptual 3D design to suit their needs and wants of the proposed bathroom to perfection.

The bathroom originally was equipped with a small, dark shower area, nonfunctional vanity cupboards and out dated fixtures.

The dedicated designer suggested a light color scheme to brighten up the bathroom, while incorporating some key designer touches to give the bathroom that modern feel our clients were dreaming of. A few of these features include a vertical tile accent strip in the custom tile shower creating the illusion of larger ceiling height, a custom frameless glass shower enclosure which provides a bright open concept, a modern vanity kit paired with a sharp plumbing fixture combination. Adding some additional lighting in the vanity and shower area brightened up the space, clean tile work along the walls continued from the custom shower area gave this bathroom a high end, spa-like appearance.

The build team on the project executed the custom design within a competitive timeline, while focusing on environmentally friendly disposal practices as well as incorporating energy efficient utilities and lighting throughout the space. The clients could not be happier with the finished product which turned out much more extravagant than the high end 3D renditions while achieving the increased functionality of the space in mind. Overall a beautifully designed and managed product from conception to completion.
