MT Construction recently completed a full remodeling project for a 3,000 sq. ft. home in the exclusive Bay Point community. The renovation included major upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and pool area. Throughout the home, we installed 32x32 polished porcelain tiles and skim-coated all walls and ceilings to achieve a clean, modern finish.

The electrical system was refreshed with new LED lighting, and custom 8-foot interior doors were added to elevate the overall design. The scope also included full interior and exterior painting, along with custom-designed bathrooms that blend style, comfort, and functionality. This comprehensive remodel brought a fresh, elegant look to the home while significantly enhancing its value and livability.
