This is home remodeling project, a full renovation of a 1950s house with major subfloor issues. Our first step is to replace the entire subfloor to stabilize the structure. We are also reconfiguring the layout on the back side of the house, converting a large open space into a functional bedroom.

The renovation includes installing new wood flooring throughout the home, fully tiling the bathrooms, and installing a brand-new kitchen. We will also skim coat all the walls, repaint the entire interior, and complete additional remodeling work to bring the home up to modern standards while preserving its charm.
