The existing deck and stairs leading down to the home owner's beach was beat up from years of sea spray and wind. We replaced the decking and stairs and added nautical wire for a stylish touch, and it obstructs the view of the ocean less than traditional slats. The stairs feature a gate that can lock to prevent young ones from wandering down to the beach, while the lift-up bottom stairs can be chained in place for the winter.

An area of the roof suffered minor leak damage, which we patched up to match the existing roof.
