N2 Architecture gave a new life to this house that was destroyed in Super Storm Sandy. The existing 1 story house was raised onto a new flood resistant foundation which includes an entry Foyer, garage, storage, and a covered rear patio. The main floor was redesigned to create an open concept layout and a master suite. A new 2nd floor was added for additional bedrooms, bathrooms and a covered balcony.
