4,950 SF Craftsman -ish style house on 5 acres. This project was designed with efficiency in mind. I worked closely with the owners about how they went about their day in order to determine the best room adjacency and how to separate public from private spaces. Also trying to make the house efficient to build from its structure, to the plumbing and mechanical locations. The exterior has a stone turret entry with a stone base around the entire perimeter and vinyl siding above. The home was built by Helen Scott Custom Builders out of Barberton, OH with KC Design Solutions providing the blueprints and design intent. The interior finish selections were chosen by the owners in conjunction with the interior designer at Helen Scott Custom Builders.
