I give my HIGHEST recommend for Kevin! A true professional that provides excellent service at a very fair price. Kevin came out to our home on a day and time that was good for us. He listened to us and made sure he understood what he needed to know in order to make our architectural drawings we need to submit for the addition. Kevin even came out a second time to meet with our General Contractor in order to ensure everyone was on the same page with how the new roof is going to tie into the existing roof. Kevin's architectural drawings are fantastic and he made sure they were up to snuff for our specific city codes. Kevin was so kind in making sure he took care of us in providing personable, timely and accurate services. Look no further- you can count on Kevin!!!

Working with Kevin was smooth and enjoyable. He was very helpful, and always available for any questions I had as the builder. His drawings had just the right amount of detail to make building the home easy. He definitely made sure to take the time to work with the homeowner and the builder, in order to create the home of their dreams. I would highly recommend KC Design Solutions for any architect work on your next project.

I built a home that Kevin design in 2020. I was introduced to Kevin in the spring of 2019 and worked with him through the completion of the home in November 2020. Kevin was thorough, always available to answer questions, and willing to help. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
