This is a second home for the owners who live in Ohio. It is a beachfront condominium with a fabulous view of Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A project finished over the past holidays, we share credit with the homeowners who did a wonderful job of choosing finishes and furniture and taking the photos. Also architect Leonardo Lunardi who helped open up and plan the space and layout lighting. On our part we had the task of maximizing storage - adding a coat closet, computer desk, wet bar, island and china storage while meeting the challenge of hiding 2 large structural columns and keeping the views open. Cabinets are by semi-custom line, Ultracraft. All tile and Sea Pearl Quartzite are from Design Works. Knobs and pulls are Amerock. Cabinet design is by Martha Hafner and installation is by Hafner Fine Carpentry
