During the summer of 2017, Perfect Curb completed numerous yard upgrades and improvements to this beachfront home located in Niantic, CT. The upgrades to the rear of the property were necessary to improve the unsafe condition of the steep stairway, and also to widen a narrow parking area. At the front of the property a small curved retaining wall with steps was constructed so that the front yard could be raised and leveled to provide a sitting area that overlooks the beach.
