Our customer purchased this home and had quite a bit she wanted done before moving in. The most challenging part of the project was the kitchen. The goal was to rearrange the appliances and add counter space to create a more functional kitchen work space. This required building a series of custom cabinets to match the existing cabinets. We also raised the dishwasher 6" to make loading and unloading easier.
We also insulated, hung drywall and painted the garage, repaired the original deck, added railing and built a 10 x 10 section at a lower level that connected the deck to the sliding door from the living room. There were repairs to the roof, plumbing and siding. We hung new exterior lighting and we painted most of the interior including the master shower.
