This first floor remodel and extension gave this Beverly Hills Spanish home the kitchen it truly deserved. In keeping with the dramatic, old-world style of the existing home, Soler Architecture used materials like reclaimed lumber, marble, hand-hewn beams and wide plank flooring to make the kitchen feel original to the house. The kitchen and new outdoor dining space were linked with a pair of large French doors so parties could spill out into the newly hardscaped yard. An outdoor kitchen and a garage-turned-sound-studio rounded out this assignment for repeat clients.
