Luxury home in Rockwall County, Texas sat on the market for six months with homeowner's current furnishings. Homeowners emptied the home, and tried to sell vacant for another year. Staging Dallas was called when the homeowners enlisted the help of a new agent who recognized the need to stage. We made some minor updates, removed drapes throughout, and brought in modern, light furniture that allows potential buyers to see the home. Resulting feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
