Belfair New Construction

This beautiful, new kitchen in Belfair Plantation is a partial nod to the modern farmhouse. It's open and spacious with so many thoughtful details. The natural colors + design elements, capture the essence of the Lowcountry. The top of the island is fabricated with Fantasy Brown Marble. One of the focal points of this kitchen is the stunning backsplash made up of 4x12 metallic glass tiles. You will find tons of inspiration in this kitchen!

Belfair New Construction
The 4x12 metallic glass tiles pick up on all of the natural hues in the Fantasy Brown Marble island, barn door and floors. The perimeter counters are a Viatera Karis quartz with a simple but modern square edge profile.

This viewpoint of the island shows the vein, expertly matched and edges mitered to a 3” thickness. The same mitered edge treatment is used on the waterfall end panel of the bar, creating a very modern, asymmetrical look.

Shades of white and gray give this master bathroom such a sense of serenity. The Viatera Karis quartz vanity, with simple, eased edges, have delicate sterling veins that look like painted brush strokes. A beautiful compliment to the statement wall and flooring.

We love the final look of this outdoor space, perfect for gathering or relaxing! The backsplash, surrounding the outdoor grill, is done with handmade 3x12" glazed ceramic tiles. They have irregular edges and an undulated finish and are set in a classic, herringbone pattern.
