MTA very approached to extend an existing 2 bedroom flat in Belgravia. After delicate negotiations with Westminster conservation offices permission was won for an extension to create an additional bedroom, ensuite bathroom and conservatory.


The conservatory was creatively designed with a sliding roof light fully opening the space to the elements and flooding it and the surrounding rooms with natural daylight and sunlight.
The flat was fully refurbished with new bathrooms, kitchen and finishes to create a light, contemporary feel with built in storage to all rooms and the main hallway.

The existing building was enhance by the 1930’s extension in matching style and finish. The flat was successful extended from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom unit whilst also retaining the large terraces.
