We have purchased a small live work mews house as our new offices and have won planning permission to extend adding an additional contemporary floor and roof terrace. After delicate negotiations with the conservation team at Southwark the proposal to clad the extension in obscured glass was accepted by the council. The openings of the design are position to ensure the privacy of the adjoining neighbours is maintained and the new extension is flooded with natural light. The roof terrace is access by an innovative hydraulic roof hatch.
