We worked with our clients tight budget to help them update this 80 yr old home they acquired. They wanted to make the house more welcoming and homey. We completed gutted both bathrooms (one with a green tub!) and the kitchen but worked with the existing layouts/plumbing and chose new, easy to maintain finishes.
