Bellevue Kitchen Refresh
This project involved updating the kitchen in a town home that was original to the project. The owner wanted to update the existing ceramic tile counters to a darker, sleeker and low maintenance material. Work also included upgrading the sink/faucet, the flooring, appliances and lighting. The flooring posed an interesting challenge, due to the fact that there was a flat located directly below, and switching to hardwood flooring meant that sound attenuatoin needed to be addressed, which was done using Red-u-pax 'Sound Seal' btw. the gypcrete topping and the engineered hardwood to achieve the HOA required STC rating.
