The Benelli Park House, designed for Stonebridge Builders, is a two-story single-family house totaling approximately 3,500 heated sf built in 2016 in a new small lot development near downtown Franklin. Designed within the unique constraints of a tight lot and local historic zoning requirements, this neo-traditional design uses local design vernacular to inform the exterior form and detail. The open floor plan provides modern living in a house designed to reflect a timeless architectural style.
