This house is located in Bent Tree, North Dallas, TX and built in 1992. The kitchen was original to the house including a pickled finish on the cabinets and level one granite countertops. The functionality and layout of the kitchen worked great for the family so the homeowner decided to give it a new look with the same footprint by adding beautiful, glossy 9mm porcelain countertops. We modified some for the cabinets to accommodate the new stainless steel KITCHEN AID appliances and applied a new paint job on the cabinets to nicely tie with the freshly refinished white oak hardwood floors. To give it a final touch because sometimes less is more, we added brushed gold tones on the handles and faucet.
