This new house is organized in such a way so that public and private
spaces are separated while maintaining different visual connections.
In the first floor, the left wing includes a living room with fire place
and the kitchen with beautiful views of the landscape. The right wing
includes sleeping spaces and a laundry room. At the second level
there are 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets and master bathrooms.
The exterior of the house show cases traditional gable roofs with
architectural shingles. The exterior surfaces are broken down into
different sections in order to articulate the façade and differentiate
each space while maintaining an overall cohesive language. Horizontal
siding is contrasted by areas with stone and other features.
