Bernal Heights Remodel and Addition
Full home remodel with a new deck, new windows and flooring throughout, and a large excavation and addition at the garage/basement level.
The existing foundation had water intrusion issues. We excavated 8ft (over 200 cubic yards) at the existing garage/basement level and applied the preprufe 300R advanced foundation waterproofing system. We then added two bedrooms, one laundry, one utility room, one full bathroom, and a new garage at this level.
On the first floor we changed the floorplan and remodeled the kitchen, and a full bathroom with a steam shower.
On the second floor we changed the floorplan, added a bedroom, and completed a full bathroom remodel.
The new deck included an outdoor shower, hot tub, and fire pit.
