Let there be light! This kitchen already had great bones. But, it was dark until late afternoon. Denise removed the wall cabinets along the south facing wall and installed beautiful, new windows which overlook the patio/pergola on each side of the range. She custom designed a new range hood, installed a microwave drawer under the counter and specified hand made subway tile from Waterworks for the backsplash. On the opposite wall, at the coffee station, there had been a large opening to the family room. She closed that in, matched the wall paper, added a shelf and artwork. Now the kitchen is light all day long.
