This was an entire house remodel with a new entry porch and new landscaping that included new terraces and new front approach. The original structure is a kit log house. The central staircase from walk-out basement to second story was redesigned with open risers and an exposed wood and steel structure. The interior log walls were over-framed and insulated for improved energy performance.
