CLT collaborated with the owner’s to remodel a one bedroom house above a single car garage. CLT added an additional garage bay with roof top deck and converted the old house into an accessory dwelling unit. Then CLT integrated a new house into the existing structure that successfully melds itself into the landscape and captures bay views.
