The Del Ray residence, was a remodel of a recently constructed ramble with a dysfunctional floor plan. We consolidated five separate rooms into one large great room, opened exterior walls with large windows to created a strong connection to the exterior landscape. The end result was an updated home that lived larger and became a dynamic space to gather friends and family.
