House built in 2005, with deck. Deck structurally sound (according to home inspector at purchase - November 2014), however, after a (mild) Carolina winter, it was in need of: minor repairs, a pressure wash, and re-staining. I chose a solid stain, from local tradesman (Wittmann Home Renewal) using Sherwin-Williams - SuperDeck product, which SW was able to color match to a Behr Deck Stain color called SLATE.
