This project involved a full renovation of the downstairs part of the home, which had primarily been used as a storage area with an office, laundry room and a bathroom. At our client’s request, we incorporated a family room with a seating area and an added kitchenette. We also closed off several doors from the main room, which allowed us to enlarge the laundry room and add custom cabinetry with plenty of storage. We introduced new furnishings and hand-selected unique fabrics and finishes throughout.
