A wonderful couple eager to transform their waterfront home.
Meeting for our initial consultation, Colleen led me through the existing spaces as we discussed plans for their addition. The goal was to reconfigure the second floor to include a master bedroom suite (with the largest steam shower we’ve ever designed), guest bath, yoga room, office and laundry room. The first floor would gain a new family room with a complete refresh of the entire home.
With their architect and general contractor already enlisted, we were thrilled to join the team!
Once underway, we began with clearly defining the interior spaces, something that our clients felt lacked before the renovation. Floor plans to include their existing furniture and new custom pieces. Cozy lounge spots, office space, guest rooms, reading nooks, everyday dinners for two with room for twenty at holiday time... we covered it all.
We chose furnishings that were oversized and sumptuous for ultimate relaxation.

This 15 month long project included advisement and selection of exterior and interior finishes, plumbing, tile, custom cabinetry, built-in’s, lighting, flooring, a massive divided light entry door, window treatments, furniture, art and accessories.

We loved every minute of it and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect reveal for our clients to come home to!!
