"Blue House on Willard Square"
"Blue House on Willard Square in SoPo, ME" is currently listed as a short term vacation rental on VRBO & Homeaway as property #691466
My husband and I hired O'Shea Builders to convert a small bedroom into a spa bathroom.
Other than a budget, our plans were initially vague, so Warren and his team listened closely to our needs, tuned into our tastes and developed various creative options for us to choose from. This project was done in our house, which is a vacation rental in summer and our home for the rest of the year. I mention this, because Warren did a thorough job considering the diverse owner-renter needs and potential issues in the design of our bathroom plans.
Though the end product of this remodeling job has an elegant and simple look, it was not a simple job to do. Not only did plumbing have to be inconspicuously run through a downstairs bedroom, but the team skillfully cut materials with which there could be no "do overs" (i.e. original pine floors, hand-crafted custom copper tub, beautifully finished exposed plumbing). Also, the small size of the room combined with the gabled ceiling and a luxuriously large freestanding tub presented tricky layout limitations, which Warren & his team assiduously worked with us to resolve. We were impressed that everyone on the team was a craftsman and problem-solver who seemed to be personally vested in our project.
In short, Warren and his team did beautiful work and they were a pleasure to work with.
