This modern home is custom fit to the site. It offers an open floor plan engaging the view of the water throughout the home. The first floor was designed around a linear, centrally located fireplace, and the house is personalized with many built-ins to accommodate the needs of the large family.

modern/contemporary style. Store front windows used throughout house and on first floor windows make up three sides of wall. Stone, stucco and cedar siding with only a clear sealant finish out the exterior finish. Metal & shingles are combined for the roof.
