This kitchen is on the 3rd floor of the house surrounded by store front windows and awesome views of trees and golf course. Countertops are made of concrete. being on the 3rd level looking out gives you the feeling of being in a tree house. Stained car siding is used on the ceiling. The living room is open to kitchen with windows on 3 sides and a view of golf course.

the living room has open feeling yet element of comfort as you can either sit by gas fireplace or view something on wall mounted TV with built in cabinet to hide electronic devices.. Plenty of space to display works of art in the built in art niches.

the bath/powder room has concrete counter top, free standing sink, art niches with puck lights
