This Mid 1980's home on one of the most premium home sites in the entire city needed some serious freshening up. Knaak Design was commissioned for the project that included rebuilding the balconies, re-siding the entire house, creating a new driveway, beautiful tropical landscaping and much more.

Knaak started with re-grading the entire site to include larger multi-level outdoor spaces. The pool was renovated with new glass tiles, a marble stone deck, sun shelf, and unique water scuppers that flow into the pool. The old leaking spa was removed an an oversized hexagon shaped spa was built to compliment the existing pool's original shape and take advantage of the views.

The sunken outdoor living area includes built-in seating, a linear fire pit and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. On the upper area a louvered pergola was added with motorized insect screen, heaters, all taking advantage of the gorgeous intersecting water views looking straight down the canal.
