A renovated mid-century ranch in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. The project included an expansive covered lanai complete with automatic insect screens, lighting, fans, audio, and a large outdoor kitchen. Also as part of the project a modern rectilinear pool was designed with a water feature, sun shelf, an overflow perimeter spa, fire pit, and colorful landscaping.
