This was nearly a complete tear-down, the original footprint was added on to in order to incorporate a full bath. The exposed beam ceiling and full wall of sliders, make this small space feel spacious and inviting. At just over 500 sq. ft., every inch matters and the goal was to get the most function out of the space without making it feel crowded and while maintaining great style. We believe we succeeded in doing just that!
