My clients bought this house to be near family, it was a great neighborhood and a great deal on the house, the house was anything but great. They did a complete gut of most of the house, windows, walls, flooring, kitchen and baths; every finish and fixture is new. They had inherited furniture that they wanted to incorporate, we stayed true to the pieces, but freshened them up to make them feel like the fun, young family that would be using them now.
