It was an honor and a pleasure working with the BOCA team to design their flagship stores BOCA and SOTTO. Chef David, Jono and Jeremy all cut their teeth at the Masonette and it was a special moment for them to retake control of that building and a special project for everyone involved. They spared no expense on the Boca build out in particular and their combined experience lead to one of the most uniquely designed kitchens I have ever worked on.

The BOCA kitchen is a work of art in motion. Everything a sculpted piece of stainless steel with a purpose the island cooking suite is a massive expression of food production set perfectly onto a concrete slab.
