Before and after video from AA Design Firm on a complete remodel project in downtown Los Angeles. A bold modern minimum style condo, complete kitchen remodel, complete bathroom remodel. Reconfigured the entire bathroom to allow the stand alone tub to make sense in the space.

This kitchen was not functional and our client did not like the way it looked so we decided to add cabinets up to the ceiling and completely changed the color to a bold, sleek black and taupe kitchen. He loves the way it turned out.

Our client had a wall closet that he didn't use so we decided to turn it into a wine wall for his wines. It turned this boring hallway into something quite stunning.

The tiles to this bathroom had to go so we transformed it into a modern calm, ocean like feel.

This bathroom had the worst layout. The two small sinks separated by the small tub was so inconvenient. We had to rearrange the layout but I think it turned out quite special. We added wall tiles, a stream shower, double sinks with counter space and hanging pendant lights.

We changed the shower wall into a shower glass so it will feel bigger and more open. We also added a stream unit to this shower.

We wanted to keep this simple but still wanted to add something for the TV cabinet and more warmth by adding an area rug.
