In this unit, we had to really think about how to add the remodel for the rooms and still have it match all the updates that were already in place. For example, we knew that we wanted a really "wow" factor to the walls in the living room because this was the number one request from our client to really create something magnificent to that side of the unit. So we had to find a very special tile to match the existing wallpaper that was already there. So when we found the 3D Ann Sacks tiles, it was an instant match. The tiles is hexagon so we had to be very careful on how it was installed. The recessed lights added to the magic of the tiles and really accented the tiles. We also added a fireplace in between the master bathroom and the master bedroom. There was just a window there with shutters to open so adding a fireplace there not only created something very special for our clients but it also added real value to the unit's bottom line. And we all love that.
