This beautiful Bolton two story home underwent a complete transformation with two phases.

The first phase addressed the immediate concern of moving the laundry room from the mudroom to the second floor. This involved converting an unused bedroom to a combined laundry room/office. The mudroom/laundry room was then converted to a mudroom with a dog shower. This stage also involved the installation of new porcelain tile.

The second phase of the project involved removing a wall and relocating a door to open up the kitchen to the family room. New hardwood was installed throughout and some furniture was replaced. There were many changes and the home is now showing its true beautiful colours.
