Our client asked us to finish her bonus room and turn it into crafts/playroom with built in cabinets, closet space and also TV unit . Drywall has been hung already, floor squeak, closet was open to the attic - no insulation, We also have been dealing with AC pipes, framing new walls, new opening, electrical stuff, ceiling vent return has been moved, because it did not work with our TV entertainment. Project took us with cabinets being built, finished, and installed almost 3 weeks.
