This custom home located in Bouldin Creek neighborhood of Central Austin was a full-home furnishings and decor project, along with some finish out selections including light fixtures, wallpaper and lime wash paint in the loft space. This dining area called for a round table and we sourced this textural one made of plaster, contrasted with black wood and woven leather seat dining chairs. The basket light fixture chandelier brought in both the black and beige color elements, adding texture and interest.

This modern kitchen has high contrast with black cabinets, light wood floors and white oak island base, light wood vent hood, and modern elements including brass hardware, modern light fixtures and furnishings decor.

These barstools add interest from the back detail and are upholstered in a boucle fabric, for added texture. They tie in with the finish selections of the kitchen elements (matte black cabinets and warm wood vent hood, white walls).

This hallway niche got a new look with a textural blue accent wallpaper creating depth and bringing color to a white space. The hand-made one-of-a-kind sideboard and vintage turkish runner rug was sourced on a buying trip during Round Top antique show, along with the unique vases.

This hallway at the top of the staircase features an original abstract painting on linen and a modern art light above to keep it well lit. Below is a modern bench with a velvet upholstered seat cushion to anchor the artwork and frame the space.

This bedroom was transformed into a home office with a freestanding desk, storage, guest chairs, artwork, colorful vintage inspired rug, floor lamp and side table.

Here is a mud bench space that is near the garage entrance that we painted the built-ins and added a textural wallpaper to the backs of the builtins and above and to left and right side walls, making this a more cohesive space that also stands apart from the hallway.

Here is a stair runner we added to the stair case. This shows light woven texture that blends the white walls and the warmth of the wood floors in the carpet. We did a surge binding in the same thread color (linen).
