This custom ground-up home included a design plan for the entire structure of this showcase home, including the floor plans, ceiling and lighting plan. The 'desert modern' style of the exterior flows very well into the 'sculpturally modern' interior. Interior details include high ceilings with a multitude of details and skylights, custom light fixtures and beautiful use of natural materials throughout the home. Stained interior concrete floors with hydronic heating are prominent throughout the first floor. A gourmet kitchen of knotty cherry cabinets, granite and butcher block serve as the primary focus.
