The design vision for the this Condo was to update the unit to a more contemporary look that reflects the personal style of the owner and maximizes the best features of the space. Chief among the features of this unit is the floor to ceiling window wall. This wall offers fantastic views of downtown Boise and fills the studio space with daylight. Semi-transparent roller shades and gossamer draperies have been layered to control light and offer levels of privacy.

The new design addresses the “flow” and spatial relationships. The design aesthetic updates the qualities currently reflected in the unit -light, airy, warm, and feminine. Clean, contemporary finishes are paired with soft lines, textures, and light colors, including the client's signature color of seafoam green.
