Bridge Cabin
The 3,000 square foot Bridge Cabin was designed as a multigenerational family retreat with an “eyes on the children” approach and ample bedroom space in the widened bridge that connects the lower living level to the upper sleeping areas.
Sited for optimal passive solar access, the exposed concrete floor is thermally warmed, while the living roof above provides earth insulation.
Rustic living finish materials will weather and color as the home ages, resulting in a timeless structure that melds with the landscape.
